You are now living the life you created through your thoughts. True or false? It is about time that you realise that you are living your life your way, exactly as you thought you would. A bitter pill to swallow?
Perhaps. Yet the sooner you realise this, the sooner you can turn your life around and live it the way you want to live it. Your thoughts are extremely powerful. That’s the reality you must be aware of.
Which areas are you struggling in? Are you barely making ends meet financially? Are you enjoying loving relationships with your spouse and children? Happy at your job? Whatever situation you are in, you created it, perhaps unknowingly, yet you did.
Research has shown that we have about 50,000 thoughts a day. Could you imagine the damage those thoughts could do if 80 percent of them were negative?
Again, research shows that between 80 to 90 percent of our thoughts are negative. No wonder the majority of the world population are unhappy and are living a meaningless life.
Happiness is our birthright. So too are love, health, and wealth. We just need to learn to direct our thoughts to be in line with our birthright so we may live the life we were supposed to live.
How would you direct your thoughts? You can do so by purposefully feeding your mind with positive thoughts.
Since the life you are living today is the result of your past thoughts, when you now think positive thoughts you will create a new and different future; one that will be different from the one you were headed towards had you not decided to consciously work on your new positive thoughts.
Begin to change your daily, habitual thoughts, and, in time, the new thoughts will turn into empowering beliefs that will override the ones you currently hold, thereby enabling you to live a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
Deservingness and loving yourself are probably the most important empowering beliefs you can have. Far too many people feel undeserving and unworthy of love.
Many cannot look into a mirror and declare that they love themselves a few times without breaking into floods of tears. Why? Because they feel undeserving and unworthy of such love; be it from them or anyone else.
This un-deservingness and unworthiness brings about disastrous results.
It may be difficult for some people to learn to love themselves. Affirming and visualising such love may take years to accomplish.
I have learned a quick, almost instantaneous way to learn to love yourself: when you give love to others, you will receive love, and when you receive love, this love will grow and you will love yourself all the more.
Give lovingly. Have loving thoughts as you give love. Believe in the love that you are giving and open your heart to receive and grow love within you.
Your thoughts are like magnets: think loving thoughts and you will magnetise loving thoughts. You create in your life what you think about most.
Think love, and you will receive love, and your entire life will dramatically, and instantly, change for the better.
